Products and Orders
We make reasonable efforts to display product information, pricing, images, and availability accurately. We may update products, prices, promotions, and availability at any time. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance until the order is confirmed and processed.

Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed through the available payment methods at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Shipping, Taxes and Customs Duties
Shipping times and availability vary by destination and carrier. Shipping fees and any applicable sales tax collected by our store are shown at checkout. International orders ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis: JEYOGO arranges import customs clearance and covers applicable import duties, import taxes (including import VAT or GST), and import clearance charges. Customers do not need to pay additional import charges on delivery. Please review our Shipping Policy for shipping rates and details.

Refunds and Replacements
Eligible refunds and replacements are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy. Please contact us before returning or discarding any product.

Product Use
Our outdoor water filtration products should be used according to the product instructions. Filtration performance may depend on source water conditions, maintenance, and proper use. Do not use the product with chemically contaminated water, salt water, or water of unknown hazardous contamination unless the product instructions and test evidence support that use.

Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual Property
JEYOGO, product images, website content, text, graphics, and other materials on the website are owned by or licensed to JEYOGO and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JEYOGO is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, US.

Order Cancellations Before Shipping

You may request cancellation of any unfulfilled (not yet shipped) item at any time before that item is shipped. Submit a cancellation request from your customer account and order page, or email service@jeyogo.com with your order number and the items you wish to cancel.

Cancellation requests are reviewed by our support team and are not automatically approved. When a cancellation is approved before fulfillment, the payment attributable to the cancelled items will be refunded to the original payment method. Once an item has been shipped, please follow our Refund & Return Policy to request a return. Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
